Swamptar can be found in Lumbridge Swamp and also Mort Myre Swamp. When Swamptar mixes with flour, you can create Swamp Paste which it can be used to seal holes or build temple. It can also mix with other items from Herblore skill which are used for hunter net trap bait and also reptile ammunition.

 

Swamptar is a stackable item and also a very good for RS gold making which can also be used by low level RS players and it requires you no skills.

 

Once you are good to go and prepared enough, head to the Lumbridge Swamp. On the ground, you will see a lot of Swamptar lying around. Start clicking them. Just farm as much as possible until your inventory is full of Swamptar. After that either store it on the bank or immediately sell it for RS gold.
