Smithing cannonballs and making RS gold

Smithing cannonballs are one of the few ways to make RS gold. The cannonballs are high demand in the Grand Exchange because some or most players use them to powertrain. It also used as ammunition for the Dwarf multicannon and by the Barker Toad familiar.

The best place to make cannonballs is at the Neitiznot. From that place, you can use the one-click bank and a furnace; you can only use it after you finished “the Fremennik Isles”. But for the mid-level players, the best place to smelt is at the furnace in Edgeville. You can use the magpie familiar since it gives you a nice bonus in foraged items while you’re making cannonballs and you can make lots of RS gold.

Buy as much steel bars as you can and store them in the bank. Withdraw 27 steel bars and go to the clay furnace and select “make all”. Once you created cannonballs, store them in the bank and repeat the process. Once you have enough cannonballs, you can start selling them in the Grand Exchange for RS gold.
