Grand Exchange or Auction House? Which is more RS gold profitable?

Implement Grand Exchange or not to implement for better RS gold profit? How about neither…

When Runescape Old School has been introduced to the public 4 months ago, there are certain players asking about the The Grand Exchange being missing. Aside from the convenience this is bringing to our fellow merchants, there are certain negative points of having Grand Exchange. Good point of it is that, you can leave your rs item on the grand exchange and it will set its rs gold price on its own. While the rs gold profit came from your sold rs item will go automatically to your bank.

Since the Runescape Old School doesn’t have The Grand Exchange, Runescape came up with the solution. Old School Marketplace forum was the “alternative” for the unavailability of The Grand Exchange for the Runescape Old School. While this forum is inconvenient due to the mandatory of trading the rs items and runescape gold in-game with the AGREED time of both parties.

A user in Runescape Forum suggested of having a Runescape auction. Unlike The grand exchange, Auction House should not limit sellers in setting up their rs item’s rs gold price. This kind of system is also hard to “manipulate” since the mechanics of this should be “bidding” basis.

Based on the “cool” suggestion of these players, it should be strongly recommended to have such system. Usage of the said system should be at least 5% of the profit or can be fixed rs gold price (10,000 rgp) depending on Jagex’s decision. This will resolve the dilemma of the The Grand Exchange users with the clan merchants who evilly manipulate the market runescape gold price.
