Ever hit by nostalgia in gaming? If ever you have started being a gamer in the 90’s or early 2000’s, you might have experience this lately. You suddenly miss the games that you played in those days and you want to play them again. Beware though, people be like “Why are you still playing that game? It’s 2016 already!” Come on, blame it on nostalgia.

There is no escaping nostalgia when it comes to former Old School Runescape players who quitted the game already. Oh you say you have moved on from OSRS? Then all of a sudden, all of those nostalgia hit you right in your chest and you suddenly download the game again as if you have no control of your actions. Well, maybe if you did not get addicted to the game, you wouldn’t be wanting to play the game again (obviously, lol).

Playing again the game we all used to play and love, it is really a refreshing in doing so. The double happiness (yes I made that up. You know, like double cheeseburger) you experience of having fun now and experiencing again the fun way back is amazing. That is why we always give in to “missing the game” and play Old School Runescape again. All of the memories come back and you want to relive them again. Like that one time you made a great companion out of someone who you met in chat by just saying “buy OSRS Gold”. It was wonderful, all the more it was unexpected. Experiencing that again or meeting and getting to be close to someone in game is a thrill. You never know if that will happen again or not. The thought alone is the exciting thing about it. Not only that type of experience. There are many more fun things that happened in Old School Runescape that you and I want to experience again. That’s why we play again.

Now that I am playing Old School Runescape again, I don’t know why I even stopped in the first place. Maybe because I wanted to feel this high? Maybe it was a plan after all. Important is that I am back to the game I loved and still love.
