Red dye is an item that is favored by the FREE players because you can make  Runescape gold just by creating Red dyes.

Let’s make Red dyes and sell it to make Runescape gold

Red dye is made up from 3 red berries. This can also be bought from Oronwen at Lletya from the Seamstress’s shop for 6 Runescape gold. This can be used to dye clothings such as capes.

 

To start making Red dyes, you need to purchase a lot of red berries (around 2000 red berries). Store a lot of red berries at the banker and fill up your inventory with red berries. Be sure you have extra Runescape gold.

 

Be sure to follow the picture below to get from Draynor Village to Aggie the Witch’s house.

Talk to Aggie, and select “make dyes”. A menu will appear asking what type of dyes you want to create. 1 red dye is cost three red berries and 5 Runescape gold. Repeat the process until you have an inventory full of Red dyes. Once you’re finished, sell the entire Red dyes at the Grand Exchange to earn more Runescape gold.
